If you’re interested in experiencing a new way of living - one shaped by release, nourishment and flow, join us on an 8-day journey in Thailand, where you will reset your nervous system, cultivate your inner garden and entrain with the quiet intelligence of nature, so you can return home with greater clarity and flow forward in alignment with the path of least resistance.
Stepping onto the sacred grounds of Ayutthaya…
Sunlight filters through the trees, dappling brick in gold and shadow, while the air carries the faint scent of soil, stone and distant frangipani. Walking among the majestic ruins - Wat Mahathat’s Buddha head emerging from the embrace of ancient roots, the towering chedis of Wat Phra Si Sanphet aligned like beacons, a sense of awe rises from within you.
Everything here was once cultivated with exquisite care: waterways kept clear, land tended in harmony, life arranged around the natural rhythms of flow and rest. Ancient knowledge seems to breathe through the stones, the same knowing that understood when to plant, when to release and when simply to wait. It rises through the soles of your feet and into your being, subtle yet unmistakable.
In the stillness, as the light shifts, something inside you softens and expands. The old stories of force and urgency begin to loosen.
Here, in the presence of a city that once thrived by listening to water and earth, ancient wisdom stirs a deeper remembrance - tend what is yours, release what is not and let life move through you the way rivers have always found their way home.
Align with a Path of Least Resistance…
Release & Reset
Wouldn’t it feel freeing to clear what no longer serves you - the clutter, the old stories, the energetic weight of others you’ve been carrying?
During this journey, through quiet meditation, singing bowls and conscious time with water, you’ll release what is not yours on physical, emotional and mental levels, allowing you to reset your nervous system and create space for what you actually want to cultivate in your life.
Nourishment & Support
How blissful would it feel to be deeply nourished, connected and supported on every level?
During our time together, through water-alchemy and cacao sessions, heart-centred conversations and gentle movement, you’ll cultivate your inner garden by planting seeds of joy and abundance and watering them with self-care, allowing you to experience true nourishment and support from yourself.
A New Way of Living
Wouldn’t it be remarkable to step beyond the ordinary and explore a new way of living, where life unfolds with greater ease and grace?
On this journey, through entraining with nature’s vibration and water’s intelligence, you’ll gently release resistance, honour your own cycles and shift realities by allowing your life to flow and align with a path of least resistance.
My soul says YES~
Within the Lushness of Nature
For all 7 nights of your Thailand journey, you’ll rest at Thai Panacea -a name that means “universal remedy”. Simple bamboo huts with private ensuite toilets invite you into barefoot, grounded living, while nights under the open sky allow the land itself to settle into your body. Fruit trees and fragrant herbs grow around you, a peaceful pond with fish brings quiet movement and life, and private access to the Muak Lek River offers a constant invitation to connect with the water element that runs through the entire journey.
Still unfolding, this farm is a work in progress that mirrors the continuous evolution of your own inner garden. Quiet corners throughout the grounds give you space to integrate, rest and observe nature and the sky, while communal areas foster the heartfelt connection that deepens the group field. Every element of the property gently reinforces the themes of the journey - nourishment from the land, the adaptability of water and the quiet art of tending what is ready to grow.
The trees and plants already rooted in the soil quietly remind you that what is planted with intention continues to unfold in its own time. In this way, your living space is not separate from the work. It becomes a quiet ally, holding you as you release, receive and return home more rooted and aligned than when you arrived.
Flavors of the Journey
Prepare your taste buds for an unforgettable journey through Thailand’s vibrant flavors. Imagine biting into a perfectly crispy Kai Jeow, a golden Thai omelette infused with fragrant herbs. Or dive into Som Tam, the iconic green papaya salad, where shredded papaya crackles with bright lime, fiery chilies, crushed peanuts and a bold fish-sauce dressing that tingles on the tongue. Creamy coconut curries arrive fragrant with lemongrass, galangal and kaffir lime leaves, while grilled river fish wrapped in banana leaves releases smoky, aromatic steam with every opening.
Sweet endings are equally irresistible. Picture warm, chewy sticky rice paired with juicy, ripe mango slices, the sweetness perfectly balanced by a drizzle of silky coconut cream. Finish with a tall glass of Thai milk tea - bold black tea swirled with condensed milk and ice, creamy and refreshing, offering the ideal cool-down after a day of exploration.
These meals are served in tranquil, beautiful locations that make every dining experience memorable. It could be lunch with sweeping views of the countryside or beside a gentle river, or dinner near the soothing cascade of a small waterfall, where the mist and greenery create a peaceful, almost meditative atmosphere.
From the first aromatic whiff to the last satisfying sip, the cuisine becomes an integral part of the trip - nourishing the body, delighting the senses and grounding the entire journey in Thailand’s rich culinary traditions.
This Thai paradise is calling me…

We start the day with a serene morning meditation by the river, attuning to water’s adaptable nature and its quiet trust in carrying higher visions downstream. Water teaches us to reclaim inner authority - not through force, but through fluid presence, flowing forward with clarity and grace. In its reflective surface, we remember how the heart can carry vision and restore harmony, both within ourselves and in the world around us.
In the afternoon, you’ll visit Chet Sao Noi National Park - home to the enchanting Seven Maiden Waterfalls, for a refreshing 45-minute waterfalls loop trail, experiencing a living expression of water’s joyful and adaptive flow.
-
A full-day journey to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ayutthaya, where you’ll immerse in ancient wisdom with quiet reverence, feeling the echoes of a once-thriving kingdom shaped by water, land and careful cultivation.
You’ll walk sacred grounds and explore majestic sites including Wat Mahathat (famous for the Buddha head entwined in tree roots, a living emblem of nature’s patient reclaiming), Wat Phra Si Sanphet (the grand royal temple with its elegant aligned chedis), Wat Yai Chai Mongkol (known for its large chedi and serene seated Buddhas), and Wat Maheyong.
The day offers space for reflection on impermanence, resilience and the intelligence that once allowed a civilisation to flourish in harmony with rivers and seasons. In these ruins reclaimed by nature, ancient wisdom still whispers — inviting you to honour what has come before, release what no longer serves, and carry forward only what is ready to grow.
-
A softer day on the land to let the impressions of Ayutthaya settle, this balanced day supports embodiment of the ancient wisdom we’ve awakened in Ayutthaya, blending inner work with a relaxing time in the landscape.

Highlights include the impressive 25-meter Haew Suwat Waterfall and scenic drives in search of wild elephants.
Surrounded by living systems that grow, adapt and flow without force, you are gently reminded of nature’s own way of tending what is ready to flourish.
As dusk settles, witness the breathtaking spectacle of millions of wrinkle-lipped bats emerging from a cave, swirling into the twilight sky in one of nature’s most awe-inspiring displays.

As evening settles, we gather for a farm-to-table farewell dinner followed by a closing circle. Here we share gratitude, honour what has been released, and gently water the seeds of what wants to continue growing, carrying the quiet rhythm of this place with us as we prepare to return home.

Wow, everything sounds amazing to me…
Your Co-Creator – Peh Linde Huang
I’m a traveling sound healer and life coach. Having been a music producer and director for more than a decade, my spiritual path unofficially began when I started solo-traveling to places such as Nepal, Morocco and France, and experienced many synchronicities and heart-opening moments along the way. As I gained a deeper understanding of the saying, "On the other side of fear lies freedom," I was gradually liberated to form stronger personal boundaries and consciously choose experiences that I want in my life.
My spiritual journey officially began in 2023, during a group meditation, when I heard a voice (it was my voice!) from deep within telling me ‘I am here to serve’. The same year, I got certified in Life Coaching, got certified in Singing Bowl Sound Healing, and sold my apartment in Singapore to start traveling full-time.
My mission is to be a conduit of Universal wisdom, by showing up in my authenticity and guiding people in seeing their true essence, which is one of immense innate power and infinite possibilities.
