  • I use hand-hammered Full Moon Singing Bowls of high quality, made from 7 pure metals formed into an alloy. They were made on a full moon evening, and the workers who made them had to purify their body with a ritual and make themselves very clean and calm before making the alloy, beating the metal and giving the full moon bowls their final shape. The bowls are made in a place that ensures the metal gets a hundred percent moonlight on their surface. An Om Mani Padme Hum mantra and full moon symbol are carved on the singing bowls.

  • Both in-person and virtual singing bowl sound healing can be effective for promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. The choice between the two depends on individual preferences and accessibility.

In-person singing bowl therapy sessions take place in a physical space, where you and Peh Linde are present together. She will play the singing bowls in real-time, creating vibrations and sound frequencies that are experienced directly by you in the same physical space. It offers a multi-sensory experience, allowing you to not only hear the vibrations of the singing bowls but also feel them resonating throughout your body. You will be able to experience a big singing bowl placed on you, and its vibrations reaching deeply into your body to restore balance and harmony at the cellular level.

Virtual singing bowl sound healing sessions take place remotely using Zoom. Peh Linde will play the singing bowls through professional microphones at her location, and you will participate from your own space, experiencing the sound vibrations of the singing bowls through your speakers or headphones. It would be good to come into the session with a specific intention or issue in mind, as you will be guided through a personalised meditation to address and release the issue.
