Once the deposit is placed, a complimentary discovery call will be scheduled for us to determine if this trip is a right fit for you. In the unlikely event that it is not, the deposit will be fully refunded to you.
If we cannot match you with a roommate we will switch you to a single occupancy room, however if you sign up early you will most likely get your choice.
To ensure your reservation, final payment will be due on 20 August 2024. Bookings made after 16 July 2024 will require final payment on 20 September 2024. Bookings made after 20 September 2024 will require full and final payment immediately upon booking. No booking will be considered finalized until the final payment is received.
